Rental Terms
The driver must be at least 23 years old and have a valid driving license for at least one year (12 months). Only the persons registered in the contract are entitled to drive the vehicle and are covered by the insurance.
National driver’s licenses issued in EU, Switzerland, Great Britain, Israel, Russia are accepted. An international driving permit is required in all other cases.
Cancellations made 10 days or more before your arrival date, no fees will be charged. For cancellations made 9 days before your arrival date 100% of your booking value will be charged.
All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.
The Company reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
Applicable between Top Car Rentals locations following a written authorization and a special charge agreement with News Rent a Car.
Allowed only with the prior written agreement with News Rent a Car.
All rates and charges in this brochure are inclusive of V.A.T.
If the rental car has to be returned later than agreed, you should let us know in advance! You must return the rental car at the designated location and at the time specified in the rental agreement. Please, if you need to come back later, let us know as soon as possible!
If you want to return the car earlier than booked during your rental, you will unfortunately not be refunded- no penalty for early return.

All authorized drivers of Top Car Rentals vehicles are covered against damages to the rented vehicle.Both coverages are subject to General Terms of the Top Car Rentals insurance contract with its Insurer.For further information you are adviced to contact Top Car Rentals.
